To achieve our goals I will:-

• Perform tasks only to the level of my training and competence
  
• Follow site rules & procedures
  
• Assess the hazard & risk of all tasks to ensure that neither myself nor others are exposed to injury
  
• Report all incidents, near hits, unsafe acts & bad behavior
  
• Achieve the goals agreed in my, or my group's performance review
