Midland Quarry Products (MQP) is a highly successful joint venture company our shareholders are Tarmac and Hanson UK. Operating predominantly within the East and West Midlands markets, MQP is a significant business within the drystone and asphalt sectors.

The main purpose of these office based roles is to generate sales of asphalt and aggregate products by demonstrating excellent communication, team-working and time management skills.

Duties include winning orders by gathering information about sales opportunities in our areas, proactive order chasing and handling day to day customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

This role would be ideal for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic with the drive and determination to learn about our market, product range and customer needs to secure business.

We would welcome applications from individuals with a proven background in sales or from applicants who have just passed A Levels or a Degree and can demonstrate an ambition to embark on a career in sales. This role may also suit applicants wanting to return to the workplace after a career break.
