Midland Quarry Products Ltd (MQP) is a highly successful wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson UK operating predominantly across the East & West Midlands aggregate and asphalt markets.

Working as part of a team in a busy Order Centre, the primary purpose of this role is to process customer orders, liaise with other departments within the company, manage customer complaints and refer customer issues as necessary.
This role would suit an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and team-working skills. The applicant should be computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word and possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
The position requires a flexible approach to working hours and methods of working. Experience within a Customer Service environment is preferable.
