Working as part of a team in a busy Distribution Centre based at Whitwick, the primary purpose of this role is to plan and manage selected asphalt plants, arrange transport, manage customer expectations, refer customer issues as necessary, process customer orders and liaise with other departments on the progress of deliveries. This role would suit an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and team-working skills. The applicant will have the challenge of meeting tight deadlines, achieve set targets, an organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise under pressure. The applicant should be computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word and possess a good standard of literacy and numeracy. The position requires a flexible approach to working hours and methods of working. Experience within a Customer Service environment is preferable.
